According to my Honey favourite saying, “some days you are the bird, some days you are the statue.” I say to myself ‘bull’s eye.” Some days in life are just more challenging than others. You wish you can just finish the day quickly, go to sleep. Hopefully, wake up to see issue resolve, witness a miracle and enjoy many more good days. As we know it does not always happen that way. Sometimes we need to go through the fire for character building. Ouch, sound so painful. Nobody like receiving dreadful news, lousy health report, financial crisis, job loss, loss of an significant account, business closure, bankruptcy, homeless, lose someone significant, betrayal, misunderstanding, death of loved ones, abusive boss, unreasonable partner, never ending meetings, mountain of paperwork from office to tackle, conflicts with colleagues or associates, demanding clients, heated debates with spouse and family members, endless home management, networking and other far too many commitment. Out of sudden, life may seem spun out of control.
The important thing is knowing WHO is still in control, the great “I AM”. Just tell yourself to stop whatever you are doing for a minute and get your composure. Simply focus on breathing deeply. Inhale Jesus love and exhale enemy stress, repeat. Count to Ten slowly before you response to whatever crisis. A good reminder from pastor Bobbie Houston, “Eat, sleep, pray and repeat. Eat, sleep, pray and repeat. Eat, sleep, pray and repeat.” Of course, talk to someone you trust or call a hotline near you to unload. Listen to good music, songs and starts to praise and worship God in advance for your good outcome or miracle.
If you are feeling a bit under the weather, or facing overwhelming situation, just pause and listen to this heart rending song, You make me brave by Bethel Music. Soak in, let it ministers to your inner being.

VERSE 1:
I stand before You now
The greatness of your renown
I have heard of the majesty and wonder of you
King of Heaven, in humility, I bow
CHORUS:
As Your love, in wave after wave
Crashes over me, crashes over me
For You are for us
You are not against us
Champion of Heaven
You made a way for all to enter in
VERSE 2:
I have heard You calling my name
I have heard the song of love that You sing
So I will let You draw me out beyond the shore
Into Your grace
Into Your grace
BRIDGE:
You make me brave
You make me brave
You call me out beyond the shore into the waves
You make me brave
You make me brave
No fear can hinder now the love that made a way
You make me brave
You make me brave
You call me out beyond the shore into the waves
You make me brave
You make me brave
No fear can hinder now the promises you made
I leave you with the Living Word to ponder, “Be strong and courageous, for you are the one who will lead these people to possess all the land I swore to their ancestors I would give them.” Joshua1:6 (NLT)
