Good Day, Beautiful People!

Emailing  is one of  our modern days communication that we cannot live without. My love and hate of emails has been consistent since day one. I am one of those  people who constantly and laboriously delete emails,  empty junk, spam emails and block senders. Nevertheless, it is always welcoming to start or end my work day with lovely inspiring  and encouraging emails. Today is one of those good days.

My beloved supporters aka subscribers are now familiar with my beautiful and creative mate, Melinda Fletcher. Without fail, she regularly emails me and other friends her new piece of poem, work of genius. Well, sit back and enjoy.

1 John 4:17b; because as He is, so are we in this world.

I want to walk like you

I want to talk like you

Blessing with Seal of Approval

Good Day, Beautiful People!

Love the word blessing from above, because it is powerful, rich and the dispensation is by our Almighty God. Heavenly Father really loves you and takes pleasure in prospering you. This is not my word. It is His Living Word.

Let them shout for joy and rejoice, who favor my vindication;
And let them say continually, “The Lord be magnified,
Who delights in the prosperity of His servant.” Psalms35:27 (NASB)

For His anger is but for a moment,
His favor is for a lifetime;
Weeping may last for the night,
But a shout of joy comes in the morning. Psalms 30:5

How awesome to know and have the reassurance that Heavenly Daddy’s blessing, favour and grace is everlasting. Now is a good time to learn to appropriate blessing and step into the goodness of God. Boldly walk in it everyday. How many of you are like me grateful that His anger is for a moment? It is understandable when we are in the challenging lean time, naturally, we do not feel good, happy or see the bright side of thing. In fact, most of us as believers incline to feel depressed, despair, disappointed even angry with God for all the bad things that happen. This is what the enemy wants us to think. It is easily to fall into this trap. Instead, we need to rise up,and put our brave on. Leaning in Pastor Bobbie’s teaching, “Smile at the enemy. Knowing that Father in Heaven has this covered.” This will make the enemy furious and irritated because his strategy plot against you has failed. We all can do better at this.

The blessing of the Lord—it makes [truly] rich, and He adds no sorrow with it [neither does toiling increase it]. Proverbs10:22 (amp)

And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you [with abundant increase of favors] and make your name famous and distinguished, and you will be a blessing [dispensing good to others]. Genesis 12:2 (amp)

The  very next chapter Abram is already made rich by God.

 Now Abram was extremely rich in livestock and in silver and in gold. Genesis 13:2 (amp)

And he blessed him and said, Blessed (favored with blessings, made blissful, joyful) be Abram by God Most High, Possessor and Maker of heaven and earth Gen14:19

How awesome to be truly blessed and taken care by our God through out your life, in good and challenging times especially at old age.
Now Abraham was old, well advanced in years, and the Lord had blessed Abraham in all things. Genesis24:1

The seed of Abraham, Issac is also blessed. The blessing does not stop there, it continues and flows into the next generation, generation after generation. This blessing is also given to the spiritual seeds of Abraham. It is not through our goodness, our diligence, our own effort or our righteousness. It is all from Our Heavenly Dad’s kindness, mercy, grace and generosity towards us. All we have to do is to accept Him and step into His abundance.

And the man became great and gained more and more until he became very wealthy and distinguished; Genesis 26:1

If you happen to find yourself stumble  into my page. Wondering about this God, Heavenly Daddy, I am talking about or you are desperate for Him to rescue the situation you are in, just invite Him in your life. Jesus will turn your life around. Your hope and future is bright. Repeat this words in your heart or out loud, “Dear Lord Jesus thank you for for dying for me on the cross. Thankful for your incredible love for me. I repent of my sins and grateful for your forgiveness. Please come into my life and give me a fresh start. I believe in you and accept you as my Lord and saviour. Thank you for accepting me and adopting me as family. I am now a believer and follower of Jesus Christ and now you live in me. Help me to live my life for you from this day forward. Amen.”

Good Day, Beautiful People!

Life is full of ups and down, not always smooth. We can all wish life is like a bed of roses. Granted that you are in this life journey sooner or later you will face challenges.  Not many can escape from relationship, financial, health, emotional, addiction, crisis and ultimately mortality. Sometime, it takes some drastic drama happen to us either to our loved ones or friends for us to be awaken from our stupor. At that instant, we have to make a decision to crumble or to fight. I hope we choose to be brave and live with intention and purpose. You may choose to think this will never happen to me so I can choose to live life carelessly and frivolously have nobody to answer to. Actually, you are right. That is the freedom of choice. Although that is true, why wait till crisis happen then make a choice when you can do it now. Search your heart, ask yourself are you living your life purposefully toward your destiny.

Trust me, is not everyday, 12th of May 2014, I wake up to a brave and beautiful friend, Nerralea Van Der Merwe featured on news by the work of another super creative and marvellous friend, Kym Thomson.
It is incredible to see Nezz rises up and refuses to give up attitude. Beyond doubt, Nezz’s faith, conviction, people who love her like family and friends, church and support groups has make her an overcomer and not a victim of cancer. Nezz is not the only person I know that went through this cancer journey. You know who you are. I will not mention your names here without your permission. Thank you for being brave and navigate this path so well.

Of course, I am very proud of my friends’ achievement and will continue to cheer them on! Beside, I am a bit jaded by reading all the negativity, bad news most of the time. I find it refreshing and inspiring to read good news, news that bring hope. Nevertheless, the reason I am sharing this story is I know that there are people out there who need to know there is hope in the darkness. Folks who are still in the midst of their storm need to focus on Jesus, your captain, keep declaring health, and  look far away at the horizon.

Believe in your future self. Don’t be push by your problems. Be led by your dreams.

Isn’t this a good reminder for most of us as young and older women need to embrace our bodies. Regardless what the world says about your body. You are beautiful because you are created in the image of your Creator.

Starting my day right with superfood. Spirulina is super green. Spirulina is like natural sea vegetable not true algae (actually a cyanobacteria) has many health benefits. Under the same umbrella with Chlorella. It is loaded in Chlorophyll, and similar to plants, draw its energy from the sun. I normally, take it with water, or organic juice. I even add it in my homemade organic smoothies. Seriously, I will not bore you all on the properties, nutrients and benefits as you can google and research this easily if you are keen.

“Spirulina has long been associated with immune building and anti-viral properties, eye and brain health and cardiovascular health, but we now see that spirulina also has anti-inflammatory properties through this research on one of the principal constituents in spirulina, phycocyanin. It tastes savory like seaweed. Let me know you are game to give it a go or you are already a fan. This is simply another one of my sharing. I am not here to convert you or sell you Spirulina. It is never anyone place to condemn people who are not into superfood or organic health food.

Who says healthy and organic food cannot be delish. Your taste buds will be enticed with real food taste without all the nasty chemical, pesticides and hormones. Real food does not need much seasoning & sauce to make it yummy. Beside, it is not true that organic or healthy food are always more expensive. There is are ways to do it more affordable. Most likely to save you huge medical cost in the long run.

You Said – Song/Poem [MF]

Good Day, Beautiful People!
Without fail, I am giving you another taste of my gifted friend, Melinda Fletcher’s wonderful creation. Did I forget to mention previously, this girl can sing too. Imagine we all have a gathering, enjoying a pleasant conversation around the table, on spur of moment, she will burst out a divine song that she wrote. This is one of them. You cannot request for it but you have to wait for it to happen. I wish I was fast enough to video it each time. Most time, I was too captivated by the songs and the singing. Well, I hope one day she will have it all recorded on a delightful CD and compile into a marvelous book. Nevertheless, you get to enjoy this moving poem.

Unsure what is consider biggest accomplishment, finished my basic degree in health Science, venture into different work and business.

THE FRUIT TREE

From the outside to the inside 

The world is looking in

But from the inside to the outside 

God is working from within 

 

And when it seems like nothing’s happening 

Just think about the tree 

It is planted in the soil 

Where its growing from a seed 

 

With some sunlight and some water 

The tree begins to grow 

And before long with no effort 

the fruit begins to show 

 

From the outside to the inside 

The world is looking in

And from the fruit that’s on the outside

They will see Jesus within
