Good Day, Beautiful People.

The world is in fear mode at the moment because of Coronavirus from Wuhan. Many people dare not to go out, self quarantine even they are not ill. Do use common sense, wisdom, caution and good hygiene. There will be more and more infectious and contagious diseases, and natural disasters. My humble suggestion is not to live with fear. If you know you are right with Jesus and then there is no fear of death. Simply because you are promoted to heaven which is far better place than this fallen world. Never let the devil control and cripple you with fear. Live your life as normal as possible. Is true everyone loves to go heaven but no one wants to die.

Instead Pray Psalms 91 & cover your home doors with blood of Jesus! Do not Fear! God is shaking all to be shaken. His people will be saved! More diseases n disasters will happen this is just the beginnings of end times.

Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” Surely he will save you from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday. A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you. You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked. If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,” and you make the Most High your dwelling, no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone. You will tread on the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent. “Because he loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation. – Psalms‬ ‭91:1-16‬ ‭NIV‬‬

‘The blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you live; and when I see the blood I will pass over you, and no plague will befall you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt. – Exodus 12:13

The LORD will keep you free from every disease. He will not inflict on you the horrible diseases you knew in Egypt, but he will inflict them on all who hate you. – Deuteronomy 7:15

that you shall say, ‘It is the Passover sacrifice of the Lord, who passed over the houses of the children of Israel in Egypt when He struck the Egyptians and delivered our households.’” So the people bowed their heads and worshiped.” – Exodus 12:27

We call down the fire of God to burn away all defilement including Coronavirus, sickness, diseases and plague.

The precious blood of Yeshua to cleanse from the top of your head to the sole of your feet and your entire being .

We called down the holy fire to protect and hedge a wall of fire around you – Zechariah 2:5 from the top of your head to the sole of your feet and entire being..

Plead the precious blood of Jesus.

7 C of Leadership

Good Day, Beautiful People!
Thanks for being patient with my writing. For those who have been on board with me in this journey will know that writing is not easy for me. In addition to a hustling period for me to scribble regularly.

I have been longing to share what I was reminded at my business connect leader, Dr S Couch, couple of weeks ago. Many successful leaders, business people and professionals have strong internal belief.
7 C or 7 Commandments:
1) Character
2) Courage Example Joshua.
3) Communication Especially Vision, clients
4) Capacity Glean from mentorship.
5) Change Identify, bring and execute.
6) Calling
7) Conviction No doubt
This is merely my small intro to these 7C.

Character is defined as the mental and moral qualities distinctive to an individual. Being authentic, honest, brave, upright, sincere and honourable. You are what you believe in; demonstrate consistency between your values, ethical reasoning and actions; cultivate positive psychological states such as confidence, optimism, hope, and resilience in yourself and your associates; and are widely known and respected for your integrity. This is the foundational factor good leaders must acquire. Your people can see the solid moral guidelines you live by. People will be attracted to your character and like to follow you because this is rare in this corrupted world. You will earn the trust of your people eventually for what you stand for.

Courage is the quality of mind or spirit that enables a person to face difficulty, danger, pain, etc., without fear; bravery. Joshua in the bible is a great example of a courageous leader who fight so many battles to obtain the ultimate victory. Isn’t it true an effective leader must have the courage to identify arduous situations through to the end and accept responsibility for the consequence of decisions. All leaders need courage. Even you think you are not a leader you still need courage lead yourself to really live your life the best you can, not just existence and taking up space.
TRY Courage: The courage of initiative and action— making first attempts, pursuing pioneering efforts and stepping up to the plate.
TRUST Courage: The courage of confidence in others— letting go of the need to control situations or outcomes, having faith in people and being open to direction and change.
TRY Courage: The courage of voice— raising difficult issues, providing tough feedback and sharing unpopular opinions.

Communication is the act or process of communicating; fact of being communicated. It is the imparting or interchange of thoughts, opinions, or information by speech, writing, or signs. It is something imparted, interchanged, or transmitted. It can be a document or message imparting news, views, information, etc. It can be the passage, or an opportunity or means of passage, between places. Effective communication is the way to build and cultivate trust and create value to your people. Trust is a strong force that shapes loyalty, increases credibility and supports effective communications. It gives you the benefit of the doubt in situations where you want to be heard, understood and believed. Effective Leaders need to adopt open-book communication, encourage direct communication and opportunities for feedback. It is essential to have combination of formal and informal communications measurement. Informal methods provide more specific and more frequent assessments to help make changes or address issues quickly and flexibly. The ability to give life to your vision, convey your vision to your people and clients.

Capacity is the maximum amount that something can contain or the amount that something can produce. Leadership capacity is the ability to enlarge your territory. Ensure room to stretch personal and professional growth and development. Cultivate self assessment for own achievement, in tune with your own performance as a leader and how your actions impact the growth and development of your people in your team and organisation. Examine and review constructive criticism with a trusted person in your sphere, a coach or a respected mentor.

Change is make or become different or take or use another instead of. Change is the constant thing in daily living. No one can avoid change. In leadership, is crucial to embrace the flexibility for change is key. “But you have to be strong enough to take charge, says Fass: “The best kind of change comes when you envision, initiate and control it. That type of change creates opportunities, transforms companies and ignites growth.” Otherwise, you’re facing with the damaging prospect of “change that happens in spite of you, rather than because of you.”” – Dorie Clark.

Calling is a strong urge towards a particular way of life or career; a vocation. In other words is likely your purpose of being put of this earth. We are all here for a purpose whether we know it or still on our journey to find out. Take time to seek what make you tick, your passion, what you hate, what you cannot live without, your desires, your dreams and vision.
Bestseller, Rick Warren has written a phenomenal book called Purpose Driven Life in 2002, expanded version What on earth am I here for. This book is highly recommended to read and digest if you are still searching for your calling in life.

Conviction is a firmly held belief or opinion. The right to lead bears with it responsibility – a legitimate requirement, duty or obligation to do something. Vision provides direction and nourishment for sustained growth. Otherwise, it is arduous to imagine effective leadership without demonstrating that one is unshakeably convinced of something – namely conviction. “Leaders walk their talk; in true leaders, there is no gap between the theories they espouse and their practice.” -Joan Goldsmith. Considering most leaders, believe in the vision is not the issue. It is in the implementation and execution that is laborious to follow through.

Like it or not we lead people one way or another. Even you are a homemaker you still lead your family especially your children somewhere. Some maybe single, you still have to lead your own life.

Challenge for you is what adjustment can you make to change your leadership today?

ANZAC 100th Anniversary

Good Day, Beautiful People!

25th April 2015 we honour the service men and women for protecting our country!  We also stop and pay tribute to the fallen diggers for their sacrifice in different venues all over Australia, Gallipoll and most part of the world. Lest we forget!

For the fallen
With proud thanksgiving, a mother for her children,
England mourns for her dead across the sea.
Flesh of her flesh they were, spirit of her spirit,
Fallen in the cause of the free.

Solemn the drums thrill: Death august and royal
Sings sorrow up into immortal spheres.
There is music in the midst of desolation
And a glory that shines upon our tears.

They went with songs to the battle, they were young,
Straight of limb, true of eye, steady and aglow.
They were staunch to the end against odds uncounted,
They fell with their faces to the foe.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.

They mingle not with their laughing comrades again;
They sit no more at familiar tables at home;
They have no lot in our labour of the day-time;
They sleep beyond England’s foam.

But where our desires are and our hopes profound,
Felt as a well-spring that is hidden from sight,
To the innermost heart of their own land they are known
As the stars are known to the Night;

As the stars that shall be bright when we are dust,
Moving in marches upon the heavenly plain,
As the stars that are starry in the time of our darkness,
To the end, to the end, they remain.

Laurence Binyon (1869–1943)

One Hundred Years

One hundred years – what have we learned
Since troop ships first left King George Sound
To spill a generation’s blood And prove a fledgling nationhood
By Anzacs forged on foreign ground?
Our youthful, daring sacrifice
The Empire called – we paid the price
For peace. And freedom’s lives a nation mourned
for those we left and those returned.
The hard fought Anzac legend born.
One hundred years – died we in vain?
Does Anzac spirit yet remain
where rules the rite of self and greed
no hand of help in time of need
and touched by hatred’s evil stain?
We lie beneath the wind’s caress
No gumtrees grace nor wattles dress
Our graves. And oh! how many country boys
Rest not below the Southern Cross
Of home.
One hundred years – we do not sleep
But restless ghostly vigil keep
among the crosses in their rows
Where myth and memory are met
We make those blood red poppies blow
Year by year – lest you forget.
Helen Bignell

Oceans (Where Feet May Fail)

20140604-232343-84223636.jpg

Good Day, Beautiful People!
Sharing with you today one of my favourite songs since 2013, Oceans (Where Feet may fail) by Hillsong United in album Zion. The music is written by Matt Crocker, Joel Houston & Salomon Ligthelm. Taya Smith is the worship leader.  It is honestly a beautiful, meaningful, moving and timeless worship song. It is a song that touches multitude according to the news. This song  “”Oceans” cracks the longest reign on Billboard’s airplay/sales/streaming-based Hot Christian Songs chart as they marked their 24th week at the top. This shatters the record that has been in place since 2003 with MercyMe’s “Word of God Speak.”” -Urban Christian News. It does not matter if you are first time listener or this is already one of your personal choice songs, let us enjoy this song together now. Selah, pause and get closer to God.

You call me out upon the waters
The great unknown where feet may fail
And there I find You in the mystery
In oceans deep
My faith will stand

And I will call upon Your name
And keep my eyes above the waves
When oceans rise
My soul will rest in Your embrace
For I am Yours and You are mine

Your grace abounds in deepest waters
Your sovereign hand
Will be my guide
Where feet may fail and fear surrounds me
You’ve never failed and You won’t start now

So I will call upon Your name
And keep my eyes above the waves
When oceans rise
My soul will rest in Your embrace
For I am Yours and You are mine

[6x]
Spirit lead me where my trust is without borders
Let me walk upon the waters
Wherever You would call me
Take me deeper than my feet could ever wander
And my faith will be made stronger
In the presence of my Savior

I will call upon Your name
Keep my eyes above the waves
My soul will rest in Your embrace
I am Yours and You are mine

Be mature, move on and have a nice day.]

Good Day, Beautiful People!

Life is full of ups and down, not always smooth. We can all wish life is like a bed of roses. Granted that you are in this life journey sooner or later you will face challenges.  Not many can escape from relationship, financial, health, emotional, addiction, crisis and ultimately mortality. Sometime, it takes some drastic drama happen to us either to our loved ones or friends for us to be awaken from our stupor. At that instant, we have to make a decision to crumble or to fight. I hope we choose to be brave and live with intention and purpose. You may choose to think this will never happen to me so I can choose to live life carelessly and frivolously have nobody to answer to. Actually, you are right. That is the freedom of choice. Although that is true, why wait till crisis happen then make a choice when you can do it now. Search your heart, ask yourself are you living your life purposefully toward your destiny.

Trust me, is not everyday, 12th of May 2014, I wake up to a brave and beautiful friend, Nerralea Van Der Merwe featured on news by the work of another super creative and marvellous friend, Kym Thomson.
It is incredible to see Nezz rises up and refuses to give up attitude. Beyond doubt, Nezz’s faith, conviction, people who love her like family and friends, church and support groups has make her an overcomer and not a victim of cancer. Nezz is not the only person I know that went through this cancer journey. You know who you are. I will not mention your names here without your permission. Thank you for being brave and navigate this path so well.

Of course, I am very proud of my friends’ achievement and will continue to cheer them on! Beside, I am a bit jaded by reading all the negativity, bad news most of the time. I find it refreshing and inspiring to read good news, news that bring hope. Nevertheless, the reason I am sharing this story is I know that there are people out there who need to know there is hope in the darkness. Folks who are still in the midst of their storm need to focus on Jesus, your captain, keep declaring health, and  look far away at the horizon.

Believe in your future self. Don’t be push by your problems. Be led by your dreams.

Isn’t this a good reminder for most of us as young and older women need to embrace our bodies. Regardless what the world says about your body. You are beautiful because you are created in the image of your Creator.

She is a dreamer, a doer, a thinker. She sees possibility everywhere.

Look at the beautiful and amazing Nezz now, trim and fit!

I leave you with this thought. The living word states: “Humanly speaking, it is impossible. But with God everything is possible.” -Matt 19:26
