Good day, beautiful people! Thankful for Good Friday knowing that Easter is round the corner. “There would be no Christmas if there was no Easter.” – Gordon B. Hinckley
Enjoy these beautiful songs – Grace to Grace & Peace
Beautiful People, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Hope you had a blessed Christmas. 2017 is fleeting. I was reminded it is a jubilee year.
How did 2017 treating you? Great, amazing year or challenging year? For many it maybe the case. Happy for you.
I thought 2015 & 2016 was challenging enough! 2017 takes the cake. 2017 is a year I want to forget, been to hell and back. The fact that I’m still standing and smiling doesn’t mean everything is rosy. It means I’m a good fighter, a warrior that never give up. I still believe we can end the year with a high note. Without doubt, challenges make us more robust and relentless. Is not cliches that what did not kill you, make you stronger. Keep smiling tell the enemy to go to hell where he belongs. “When you do the right thing when it’s hard, you’re going to reap blessings, favor, increase, and not just eternal life, but abundant life here on this earth.” – Joel Osteen
So thankful for the amazing people in my life that help me negotiate this season. Grateful that I’m still breathing and kicking the enemy’s butt!
Yay, I receive some miracles and good news on the Eve of Christmas Eve! Can’t wait for more miracles and more good news keep the ball rolling and ushering us to the bright New Year!
Below is My Christmas Gift to you, my Dearest Followers & Readers!
Hope this a good week for you and looking forward for the weekend adventure or relaxation. Just want to share this song that touches most people even if you are not a Beyoncé fan. It is all about every human purpose on earth.
While you listen to the song, hope it will lead you to ask yourself some profound and basic questions about your life. It cannot be just about existence and taking up space. It does not matter if you choose to live your life carelessly or wasted before. You have a choice now to live it differently if you want to give it a go at life. Everyone of us has a different life journey to walk through. Is good to have a date with self. Find a quiet space like a nook, garden, park or beach ponder, get acquainted with self, seek God, explore your purpose. Your Calling in life is awaiting for you to discover or you are already on the purpose journey, does not matter. The most important thing is to keep refining that purpose, keep walking towards the purpose even it seems difficult and cannot find a way.
Perhaps for some people, you have to start with asking about your real identity ( identity in your Creator, the GREAT I AM) . Once you established your foundation, it is easier to tackle or find your purpose and God’s destiny,
Get a journal to write down so you can remind self every now and then especially when you hit a brick wall, you are feeling overwhelm. Quitting seems an easier option. Don’t quit! Do another lap. At the end of your life what do you want people to remember you by. What you want to be written on your tombstone? What kind of epistle will you be expecting? What kind of legacy you want to leave for the next generation and generations to come?
“I Was Here” I wanna leave my footprints on the sands of time Know there was something that, meant something that I left behind When I leave this world, I’ll leave no regrets Leave something to remember, so they won’t forget
I was here I lived, I loved I was here I did, I’ve done everything that I wanted And it was more than I thought it would be I will leave my mark so everyone will know I was here
I want to say I lived each day, until I died And know that I meant something in, somebody’s life The hearts I have touched, will be the proof that I leave That I made a difference, and this world will see
I was here I lived, I loved I was here I did, I’ve done everything that I wanted And it was more than I thought it would be I will leave my mark so everyone will know
I was here I lived, I loved I was here I did, I’ve done everything that I wanted And it was more than I thought it would be I will leave my mark so everyone will know I was here
I just want them to know That I gave my all, did my best Brought someone some happiness Left this world a little better just because
I was here
I was here I lived, I loved I was here I did, I’ve done everything that I wanted And it was more than I thought it would be I wanna leave my mark so everyone will know I was here I lived (I lived), I loved I was here I did (I did), I’ve done I was here I lived (I lived), I loved (I loved) I was here (oh) I did, I’ve done
Good Day, Beautiful People! [Bonne journée Beau! Buen día Bella!]
Today, I’m sharing with you one of my all time favourite song. I normally listen to the Hillsong worship version and Jesus Culture version. One day, I stumble upon the original version by John Mark McMillian. Love his touching story behind the beautiful song. I urge you to watch this clip, is so powerful.
How He Loves (originally by John Mark McMillan) He is jealous for me, Loves like a hurricane, I am a tree, Bending beneath the weight of His wind and mercy.
When all of a sudden, I am unaware of these afflictions eclipsed by glory,
And I realize just how beautiful You are,
And how great Your affections are for me.
And oh, how He loves us, oh,
Oh, how He loves us,
How He loves us all He is jealous for me,
Loves like a hurricane, I am a tree, Bending beneath the weight of His wind and mercy.
When all of a sudden, I am unaware of these afflictions eclipsed by glory,
And I realise just how beautiful You are,
And how great Your affections are for me.
And oh, how He loves us, oh,
Oh, how He loves us,
How He loves us all Yeah, He loves us,
Oh, how He loves us,
Oh, how He loves us,
Oh, how He loves.
And we are His portion and He is our prize,
Drawn to redemption by the grace in His eyes,
If his grace is an ocean, we’re all sinking.
And Heaven meets earth like an unforeseen kiss,
And my heart turns violently inside of my chest,
I don’t have time to maintain these regrets,
When I think about the way…
He loves us,
Oh, how He loves us,
Oh, how He loves us,
Oh, how He loves. Yeah, He loves us,
Oh, how He loves us,
Oh, how He loves us,
Oh, how He loves.
Yeah, He loves us,
Oh, how He loves us…
Oh, how He loves us…
Oh, how He loves us.

Good Day, Beautiful People!
Just want to share one of favourite songs by Munford and Sons that brings me so much joy in listening. “Mumford & Sons are a British folk rock band. The band consists of Marcus Mumford (lead vocals, guitar, drums, mandolin), Ben Lovett (vocals, keyboards, accordion, drums), Winston Marshall (vocals, banjo, guitar, resonator guitar, dobro), and Ted Dwane (vocals, string bass, drums, guitar). Mumford & Sons were formed in December 2007, emerging from West London with such artists as Laura Marling, Johnny Flynn and Noah and the Whale.”-Wikipedia
Good Day, Beautiful People!
Yes, finally the wait is over! The latest Hillsong Album “No Other Name” is out now! Loving all songs especially the key song, No Other Name!
On Other Name
One Name,
Holds the weight above them all
His fame, outlasts the earth He formed
His praise, resounds beyond the stars
And echoes in our hearts
The greatest one of all
His face, shines brighter than the sun
His grace, as boundless as his love
He reigns, with healing in his wings
The King above all kings
The greatest one of all
Lift up our eyes to see The King has come
Light of the world, reaching out for us
There is no other name
There is no other name
Jesus Christ our God
Seated on high, the undefeated one
Mountains bow down as we lift Him up
There is no other name
There is no other name
Jesus Christ our God
Lift up our eyes to see The King has come
Light of the world reaching out for us
There is no other name
There is no other name
Jesus Christ our God
Seated on high, the undefeated one
Mountains bow down as we lift Him up
There is no other name
There is no other name
Jesus Christ our God
Find hope, when all the world seems lost
Behold the triumph of the cross
His power, has trampled death and grief
Our life found in his name
The greatest name of all
The earth will shake, and tremble before Him
Chains will break as heaven and earth sings
Holy is the name
Holy is the name of Jesus, Jesus, Jesus
Below is the song sharing from utube, but is not official version. Nevertheless, soak in, ENJOY the worship! Be blessed!
This is with the Lyrics:
Good Day, Beautiful People!
Without fail, I am giving you another taste of my gifted friend, Melinda Fletcher’s wonderful creation. Did I forget to mention previously, this girl can sing too. Imagine we all have a gathering, enjoying a pleasant conversation around the table, on spur of moment, she will burst out a divine song that she wrote. This is one of them. You cannot request for it but you have to wait for it to happen. I wish I was fast enough to video it each time. Most time, I was too captivated by the songs and the singing. Well, I hope one day she will have it all recorded on a delightful CD and compile into a marvelous book. Nevertheless, you get to enjoy this moving poem.
