Good day, beautiful people! Thankful for Good Friday knowing that Easter is round the corner. “There would be no Christmas if there was no Easter.” – Gordon B. Hinckley
Enjoy these beautiful songs – Grace to Grace & Peace
Beautiful People, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Hope you had a blessed Christmas. 2017 is fleeting. I was reminded it is a jubilee year.
How did 2017 treating you? Great, amazing year or challenging year? For many it maybe the case. Happy for you.
I thought 2015 & 2016 was challenging enough! 2017 takes the cake. 2017 is a year I want to forget, been to hell and back. The fact that I’m still standing and smiling doesn’t mean everything is rosy. It means I’m a good fighter, a warrior that never give up. I still believe we can end the year with a high note. Without doubt, challenges make us more robust and relentless. Is not cliches that what did not kill you, make you stronger. Keep smiling tell the enemy to go to hell where he belongs. “When you do the right thing when it’s hard, you’re going to reap blessings, favor, increase, and not just eternal life, but abundant life here on this earth.” – Joel Osteen
So thankful for the amazing people in my life that help me negotiate this season. Grateful that I’m still breathing and kicking the enemy’s butt!
Yay, I receive some miracles and good news on the Eve of Christmas Eve! Can’t wait for more miracles and more good news keep the ball rolling and ushering us to the bright New Year!
Below is My Christmas Gift to you, my Dearest Followers & Readers!
I don’t really know how your day looks like. You maybe having a good day or best day in your life by far. On the other hand, you maybe having a bad day. With so much awful calamity going around the world can be quite overwhelming even to watch the news. At times, we feel so powerless. Often we ask ourselves, “What can we do?” Pray for peace. Donate some money to support an organisation to help the needs. Trust God in those situation.
You can be stuck in an ugly and unthinkable situation or shocking tragedy. It can be catastrophe news of bad health report, work dilemma, job loss, major conflicts, bad debts, financial bankruptcy, loss of business contract, relationship breakdown, divorce, betrayal, misunderstanding, family crisis, death of loved ones, depression, PTSD and other emotional and mental trauma. Pray for peace. “Then my enemies will turn back when I call for help. By this I will know that God is for me.” -Psalm56:9
I was being reminded last Sunday, Theodicy: the vindication of divine providence in view of the existence of evil. “Life is hard but God is good.” – Kevin Gerald.
Surely, this new song will bring you peace and hope in crisis.
Prince of Peace
My heart a storm, clouds raging deep within
The Prince of peace came bursting through the wind
The violent sky held its breath
And in Your light I found rest
Tearing through the night
Riding on the storm
Staring down the fight
My eyes found Yours
Shining like the sun
Striding through my fear
The Prince of peace
Met me there
You heard my prayer
Hope like the sun, light piercing through the dark
The Prince of peace came and broke into my heart
The violent cross, the empty grave
And in Your light I found grace
Tearing through the night
Riding on the storm
Staring down the fight
My eyes found Yours
Shining like the sun
Striding through my fear
The Prince of peace
Met me there
You’re always there
And You hear my prayer
Your love surrounds me
When my thoughts wage war
When night screams terror
There Your voice will roar
Come death or shadow
God I know Your light will meet me there
When fear comes knocking
There You’ll be my guard
When day breeds trouble
There You’ll hold my heart
Come storm or battle
God I know Your peace will meet me there
(Again and again)
Oh, be still my heart
I know that You are God
Oh fear no evil
For I know You are here
And my soul will know Your love surrounds me
When my thoughts wage war
When night screams terror
There Your voice will roar
Come death or shadow
God I know Your light will meet me there
And my soul will know
When fear comes knocking
There You’ll be my guard
When day breeds trouble
There You’ll hold my heart
Come storm or battle
God I know Your peace will meet me there
Oh, be still my heart
And my soul will ever know that You are God
And You heard my prayer
Today, I simply want to share with you one of my favourite songs that seem to stuck in my head for awhile now. Hope it blesses you like it is to me.
Touch The Sky
What fortune lies beyond the stars
Those dazzling heights too vast to climb
I got so high to fall so far
But I found heaven as love swept low
My heart beating, my soul breathing
I found my life when I laid it down
Upward falling, spirit soaring
I touch the sky when my knees hit the ground
What treasure waits within Your scars
This gift of freedom gold can’t buy
I bought the world and sold my heart
You traded heaven to have me again
My heart beating, my soul breathing
I found my life when I laid it down
Upward falling, spirit soaring
I touch the sky when my knees hit the ground
Find me here at Your feet again
Everything I am, reaching out, I surrender
Come sweep me up in Your love again
And my soul will dance
On the wings of forever
Find me here at Your feet again
Everything I am, reaching out, I surrender
Come sweep me up in Your love again
And my soul will dance
On the wings of forever
My heart beating, my soul breathing
I found my life when I laid it down
Upward falling, spirit soaring
I touch the sky when my knees hit the ground
My heart beating, my soul breathing
I found my life when I laid it down
Upward falling, spirit soaring
I touch the sky when my knees hit the ground
Find me here at Your feet again
Everything I am, reaching out in surrender
Come sweep me up in Your love again
And my soul will dance
On the wings of forever
Upward falling, spirit soaring
I touch the sky
When my knees hit the ground
I have just finished an amazing conference known as Colour in March. It is basically, a conference placing value on womanhood and sisterhood, humanity, charity and celebrate our God. Time for family and friends to hangout, have fun, some tears, soul-food, soaking the word, regroup, reflect, review, recharge and revitalise. If you have women and girls in your world is something you like to consider for them to get to one or get the resource pack. It will change their world for sure.
During the conference, we were told this is a gift for us all. If you love it just get your free download version follow the link below. O Praise the Name (Anástasis) by Hillsong Worship
I cast my mind to Calvary
Where Jesus bled and died for me
May you have a safe, happy and blessed Easter with family and friends. May you have His Love and His Peace no matter how the external environment may present itself.
Most of us believers are familiar with Beatitudes. We have something that the world is lacked and no one can take that away from you regardless your circumstances. I have been reading and meditating on this passage for sometime. My world changer friend was sharing the message version with my amazing group of business and working sisters fortnight ago. I simply love this modern day message version. Especially, if you are a newbie believer, this is a good version to start. As some of you may find it difficult to understand some old and ancient English versions. This just brings you to a better appreciation as you read this over and over again slowly. Soak in the word and you will sense His peace upon you.
You’re blessed in St Matthew 5 1-2 When Jesus saw his ministry drawing huge crowds, he climbed a hillside. Those who were apprenticed to him, the committed, climbed with him. Arriving at a quiet place, he sat down and taught his climbing companions. This is what he said:
3 “You’re blessed when you’re at the end of your rope. With less of you there is more of God and his rule.
4 “You’re blessed when you feel you’ve lost what is most dear to you. Only then can you be embraced by the One most dear to you.
5 “You’re blessed when you’re content with just who you are—no more, no less. That’s the moment you find yourselves proud owners of everything that can’t be bought.
6 “You’re blessed when you’ve worked up a good appetite for God. He’s food and drink in the best meal you’ll ever eat.
7 “You’re blessed when you care. At the moment of being ‘care-full,’ you find yourselves cared for.
8 “You’re blessed when you get your inside world—your mind and heart—put right. Then you can see God in the outside world.
9 “You’re blessed when you can show people how to cooperate instead of compete or fight. That’s when you discover who you really are, and your place in God’s family.
10 “You’re blessed when your commitment to God provokes persecution. The persecution drives you even deeper into God’s kingdom.
11-12 “Not only that—count yourselves blessed every time people put you down or throw you out or speak lies about you to discredit me. What it means is that the truth is too close for comfort and they are uncomfortable. You can be glad when that happens—give a cheer, even!—for though they don’t like it, I do! And all heaven applauds. And know that you are in good company. My prophets and witnesses have always gotten into this kind of trouble.
Ask yourself which of the Beatitudes speak to you the most.
Challenge yourself what you like to see happening this year. Believe for that miracle to become flesh this year.
Some of us can definitely relate to this:
The Beatitudes Song
Blessed are the poorest ones
For heaven comes to where they are in You
In You
Blessed are the ones who mourn
For comfort comes to find them all in You
In You
Those who seek will be made right
They will be filled and lifted high in You
In You
Blessed are the merciful
For mercy will be shown to them by You
By You
[Chorus]
O blessed are the ones who call Your name
And blessed are the ones You save
O You bless the pure in heart
We will see our God, we will see our God
Those who long for making peace
They will be called the children of our God
Of our God
Blessed are the meek
For they receive the earth
And all that’s found in You
In You
[Chorus]
O blessed are the ones who call Your name
And blessed are the ones You save
O You bless the pure in heart
We will see our God, we will see our God
If just to know You
If just to love You
What more can I ask for
What more can I ask for
If just to know You
If just to love You
What more can I ask for
What more can I ask for
[Chorus]
O blessed are the ones who call Your name
And blessed are the ones You save
O You bless the pure in heart
We will see our God, we will see our God
We will see our God, we will see our God
Persecuted we will stand
For our reward is heaven here and now
And still to come

Let me end this with the Aaronic Blessing prayer over you. May the Lord BLESS and PROTECT you;
May the Lord’s face radiate with JOY because of you;
May he be GRACIOUS to you,
Show you His FAVOUR, and give you His PEACE.
Good Day, Beautiful People!
Hope you had a blessed Christmas! Even if you had a challenging Christmas, hope this song make you sense tangible peace in your heart.
Sharing my favourite Christmas song this season.
Peace has Come by Hillsong Worship
Behold the star of Bethlehem
The word of God has become flesh
Unto us a child is born
The Savior of this broken world
Oh hear the angel voices
Sing come, let us adore Him
Peace has come for our King is with us
Oh oh oh oh
Fully God and fully man
He comes for all with open hands
He rules with love on David’s throne
All praise belongs to Christ alone
Oh hear the angel voices
Sing come, let us adore Him
Peace has come for our King is with us
Oh oh oh oh
Oh, peace has come
Holy holy holy
Jesus we adore Thee
Peace has come for our King is with us
Oh come, let us adore Him
Oh come, let us adore Him
Oh come, let us adore Him
Christ the Lord
Oh come, let us adore Him
Oh come, let us adore Him
Oh come, let us adore Him
Christ the Lord
Oh hear the angel voices
Sing come, let us adore Him (we adore Him, oh)
Peace has come for our King is with us
Peace has come for our King is with us
Good Day, Beautiful People! [Bonne journée Beau! Buen día Bella!]
Today, I’m sharing with you one of my all time favourite song. I normally listen to the Hillsong worship version and Jesus Culture version. One day, I stumble upon the original version by John Mark McMillian. Love his touching story behind the beautiful song. I urge you to watch this clip, is so powerful.
How He Loves (originally by John Mark McMillan) He is jealous for me, Loves like a hurricane, I am a tree, Bending beneath the weight of His wind and mercy.
When all of a sudden, I am unaware of these afflictions eclipsed by glory,
And I realize just how beautiful You are,
And how great Your affections are for me.
And oh, how He loves us, oh,
Oh, how He loves us,
How He loves us all He is jealous for me,
Loves like a hurricane, I am a tree, Bending beneath the weight of His wind and mercy.
When all of a sudden, I am unaware of these afflictions eclipsed by glory,
And I realise just how beautiful You are,
And how great Your affections are for me.
And oh, how He loves us, oh,
Oh, how He loves us,
How He loves us all Yeah, He loves us,
Oh, how He loves us,
Oh, how He loves us,
Oh, how He loves.
And we are His portion and He is our prize,
Drawn to redemption by the grace in His eyes,
If his grace is an ocean, we’re all sinking.
And Heaven meets earth like an unforeseen kiss,
And my heart turns violently inside of my chest,
I don’t have time to maintain these regrets,
When I think about the way…
He loves us,
Oh, how He loves us,
Oh, how He loves us,
Oh, how He loves. Yeah, He loves us,
Oh, how He loves us,
Oh, how He loves us,
Oh, how He loves.
Yeah, He loves us,
Oh, how He loves us…
Oh, how He loves us…
Oh, how He loves us.
