Today, I’m sharing something close to my heart. Is hard not to get involve in whatever way for this cause as I lost a few loved ones, friends and pastors through different cancers over the years. As believers, we can bring faith, hope, love, joy and practical help into every situation. “I am only one, but I am one. I can’t do everything, but I can do something. The something I ought to do, I can do. And by the grace of God, I will.” -Edward Everett Hale. We can’t do everything but together we can all do something.
It is not too late to get involved, attend or host a McGrath Foundation or cancer council pink ribbon day fundraiser, a morning tea, a girls’ night in or an event to create breast cancer and other gynaecological cancers awareness. Fundraising to bring medical research, contributing vital support and prevention programmes. You can do it small or big, at your own home, your workplace, school, church and local community event. Everyday, 50 women are diagnosed with breast cancer and other gynaecological cancers in Australia. Pretty sure is not a small number around the globe. I dare says, we all know someone in our circle (self, family, friends, neighbours, school moms or colleagues) who are diagnosed.

Spread love and kindness in your circle or even outside your circle, pray for the sick and family, visit the sick, make a meal, send flowers, a card of encouragement, call or message them to show you care. For those who follow earlier and remember one of my beautiful and brave friend, Nezz, is an overcomer. She is in remission and currently pregnant! Praise God!

Love to hear from you some inspiring survivors’ stories and overcomers stories. It will be an encouragement and inspiration for those who are on their way to become the overcomers in the making. I’ve encountered many fighters and overcomers, may share their stories when I’ve their permission.
